Hocking

While sitting down to have breakfast my flatmate decides to sit down in the room and watch the television with us. Within in a matter of minutes she is coughing and splatering, hocking up the most aweful things from her lungs. I don't want to hear this shit when I'm eating. So she goes to the bathroom which was actually closer to the table than where she was sitting to hock the rest up, but didn't think to close the door. Disgusting.

Today's reason my flatmate pisses me off;

Expectorating the most vile of contents from her lungs while I'm eating breakfast.

I have a similar story.

I work nights while my roomie works days. So after a long nights work, I walk in while she's just waking up. The bathroom is right near my bedroom; the walls aren't exactly soundproof--you can hear everything (let me stress, EVERYTHING).

So every weekday while I'm just slipping into bed she jumps into the shower. About two minutes or so goes by and I hear her hacking up mucus from her lungs and blowing her nose! When I first discovered this, I immediately removed my washcloth and towels from the bathroom in a desperate attempt that she doesn't use them to blow her nose!

Absolutely disgusting.

One person comes in to my space and coughs loads, but its not as bad as the way he *always* manages to pass the spliff with loads of ash over my tea, which inevitably falls in my brew and then i have no tea.

I do think that you should show more care and concern to your flatmate.

I agree that most of the stuff your housemate does is annoying... But to be fair if she's coughing it's not her fault and she probably wouldnt choose to be ill. Suggestion: move out! Sadly this is the only solution to irritasting housemates. That or kill them- but what do you do with the corpse?

come on... you really gotta get a grip. Jeez, its not like she was spitting her slags on you. I assume you never have had a runny nose or never have had phlegm on your chest.
